Welcome to InsideOut Psychological Services

This site provides an overview of the services I offer.  Psychological assessment and therapy services are available for individuals, families, groups, adolescents, and adults.  I also offer customized clinical consultation and workshops.  While trauma treatment is the main focus of InsideOut Psychological Services, psychotherapy is available for other concerns.  

Please note that sessions are being offered both virtually and in-person. Virtual services available for ONtario, New Brunswick, and NOva Scotia residents.
